This one tastes a little different than the fresh whisked cream icing, but tastes just as good.
Ingredients -
- Butter - 100 grams
- Icing Sugar - 300 grams
- Vanilla Essence - 2 teaspoons
- Corn flour/starch - 1 teaspoon
- Any edible color if required.
Method -
- In a large bowl mix in all the ingredients and whisk together thoroughly until butter rises to become frothy and smooth.
- Use this to decorate the cake or any other pastry.
