Ingredients -
Note - Best when whisked using an electric egg beater. Ingredients -
- Fresh Cream - 250 grams
- Icing sugar - 1/2 cup
- Cocoa Powder - 1/4 cup
- In a large bowl sift cocoa powder and icing sugar together.
- Add chilled fresh cream to this and keep whisking until frothy.
- Use this over the cake.
