This is a very simple and easy to make dish that will be a delight especially to little ones. Here's how its done.
Ingredients -
- Sweet Corn Kernels - 1 cup
- Butter - 1/2 cup
- Black Pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
Method -
- In a pressure cooker, cook the sweet corn in little water for 3 whistles until soft.
- Strain the corn and keep aside.
- Heat a shallow pan and melt the butter.
- Toss in the butter and saute for nearly two minutes in medium flame.
- Season it with pepper and salt.
- Serve Hot.
